INTRODUCTION
The LAZ company. KAZANTZIDIS & SIA OE (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company") created the website xkazantzidis.gr, our online store with auto-agricultural machinery spare parts, which operates on the basis of the following terms of use.
The visitor is invited to take cognizance of these and proceed to use the pages and/or the services derived from them after agreeing and fully accepting them. Any transaction you may make with us through the above website implies acceptance of these terms.

It reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions, which are always available for the information of visitors, within the website of the online store. Any renewal or change of terms and conditions relates to future transactions and not past transactions.

COLLECTION FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE
You can pick up your order from our physical store at no extra cost.
To avoid unnecessary travel and possible inconvenience, make sure you receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been prepared before coming to the store.
SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL & ISLAND AREAS
Delivery of your order by partner courier companies (General Post, Speedex) or transport agencies.
Shipping costs are paid once and are included in the total cost of your order. The order is shipped within 1-4 working days, as long as the product is immediately available. If the product is not immediately available, the shipment will be made on the next working day of its entry into our warehouse.
To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is fulfilled when all products included in it are available.
In case of bad weather conditions, strikes and other factors due to third parties the shipment may be delayed accordingly.
For very large or heavy products sent with a carrier, the cost is determined after consultation.
Note: In periods of increased demand (full season) the delivery time of your order may increase by 1 to 2 days from the expected.
xkazantzidis.gr makes every effort to serve orders as quickly as possible. However, it cannot guarantee absolute compliance with the delivery times mentioned above.
Shipping charges
By Courier
For shipments to mainland Greece, within the City as well as to Island Greece weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping costs are €3.50
For each additional kilo, the transport charges are calculated +€1.20
The cost of cash on delivery is +1.50€
For shipments to remote/inaccessible areas there is an additional surcharge of +€1.50
It is emphasized that the weight corresponds to the volumetric weight of the order which is calculated by the formula: MxWxH (cm)/5000).
Door to Service point service (General Post)
There is the possibility to send your parcel and pick it up yourself from any General Post store that serves you for all shipments coming from the countries of its network (Greece,
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania). It also applies to COD shipments.
The transport costs for use of this service to mainland Greece, within the City as well as to Island Greece weighing up to 2 kg amount to €3.50. Cash on delivery is supported and there is no extra charge. For each additional kilo, the fee amounts to +1.00€
Shipments Abroad (General Post)
Cyprus
For shipping with delivery within 2 working days, the fee for up to 2 kg is €20.00. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to +€6.00.
For shipping with cash on delivery to Cyprus, the surcharge on the basic charge amounts to €7.00.
Bulgaria
For shipping to Zone 1 destinations with delivery in 1-2 working days, the fee is €7.50 up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €2.00.
For shipping to Zone 2 destinations with delivery in 1-4 working days, the fee is €9.50 up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €2.00.
Zone 1: Petrich, Sandanski, Blagoevgrad, Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Kardzhal, Ruse, Burgas
Zone 2: Rest of Bulgaria
For shipping with cash on delivery to Bulgaria, the surcharge on the basic charge amounts to €2.00.
Romania
For shipping to Romania with delivery in 2-4 working days, the fee is €11.00 up to 5 kg of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €1.50.
For cash on delivery shipment to Romania, the surcharge on top of the basic charge amounts to €2.00.
North Macedonia
For sending documents to North Macedonia with delivery in 3-5 working days, the fee is €17.50 up to 1 kg of weight.
For sending parcels* to North Macedonia with delivery in 3-5 working days, the fee is €20.00 up to 2 kg in weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €5.00.
*Commercial / e-commerce (B2C) parcels with a value between €22.00 and up to €90.00 are charged with 18% VAT upon import and for values over €90.00 with 18% VAT and Duties depending on the tariff class of the product. Customs clearance costs (customs broker fees, storage fees and any other costs) are borne by the consignee or, in the case of the latter's refusal, by the sender of the shipment.
COD shipping to North Macedonia is not supported.

For sending documents to Albania with delivery in 3-5 working days, the fee is €17.50
