WARRANTY POLICY
The guarantee of the spare parts of the products amounts to six (6) months, provided that the spare parts are those recommended by the manufacturer.
The warranty period of a product is of a certain time, determined according to the instructions of the respective manufacturer and valid from the day of purchase of the product. The warranty period of all products varies from one (1) to three (3) years depending on the use for which it is intended (professional / amateur) and defined by the manufacturer.
Repairing a product does not renew the original warranty period. The duration of the guarantee is still valid until the end of the initial guarantee period. The warranty ceases to be valid when the damage is caused by misuse or insufficient maintenance of the product. Please note that tools and machinery consumables are not covered by the terms of the warranty.
The guarantee is only provided if the goods sold have been paid for.
It is noted that for products that work with a battery, the life of the battery depends on the correct charging and on other factors such as temperature, humidity, storage, and they have specific charging cycles. It is not possible to determine the conditions in a laboratory. For these reasons, the warranty period of the batteries is set at six (6) months.
In devices that contain electronic parts - boards, problems due to manufacturing failure appear immediately. Therefore any damage that occurs after the first hours of operation is not due to a manufacturing defect but to other factors such as lack of voltage or misuse. This category includes products such as electronic pressure controllers, inverters, electric welding, chargers, power banks, AVRs of H/Z, thermostats and in general electronic boards inside the machines.
In any case, the buyer must read and follow the instructions for use of the product. In the event of damage caused by non-observance of the instructions for use, no warranty is provided.
