CHANGE-REFUND OF ORDER
You have the right to return or exchange the products of your order within 14 days from the day of receipt or the first delivery attempt by the partner transport company.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
Due to improper operation of the product which is due to a factory failure
Due to non-functionality of the product, which is due to an incorrect assessment of the characteristics (dimensions, numbers, power, etc.)
The products should not show signs of deterioration in any part of them from any use, have all the manufacturer's tags, the box packaging unused as well as all the accessories where they are offered, eg extra cables. A proof of purchase or sales invoice is also required.

All returns are checked and within 10 days of receipt the value of the products is returned to the consumer in a corresponding manner relative to the one selected for payment. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the credit is made to the buyer's bank account.
Shipping, cash on delivery or bank charges are not refundable.
If the product has been purchased during a special offer of free return shipping or using a special related coupon then the return costs are borne by the Company, otherwise by the buyer.
